We will read every fee off it, show you how the lender's own charges compare to what is typical, and tell you the three things most worth raising. If we find nothing wrong, we will say that — plainly, and without trying to sell you the paid report anyway.

A PDF is best. A clear photo or scan works too. Worksheets are fine — we will tell you if what you have is not an official Loan Estimate and why that matters.

What happens to your document

  • It is encrypted before it is written to disk, and only decrypted to read it.
  • If a Social Security number appears anywhere on it, that is automatically redacted before anything is stored.
  • You can delete everything at any time, and delete means erased, not hidden.
  • We do not sell, rent or share it. We never send it to a lender — we never contact lenders at all.
