For agents, one thing worth being explicit about
Subscribing to this tool gives you no advantage in our agent marketplace — not in ranking, not in placement, not in inclusion. There is no version of this product where that is negotiable, and there is no field in our database that could express it. You are paying for the tool, and that is all you are paying for.
What we are not paid for
- We are not paid by lenders. Not for referrals, not for placement, not for being included in anything. We never recommend a lender by name — we compare the quotes you bring us.
- We are not paid by title companies, and we take no referral fee for the title and settlement services we tell you to shop for.
- Nobody can pay for a better score, a better rank, or a badge. There is no field in our database that could hold that, and an automated check in our build pipeline fails if someone adds one.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data. The anonymized rows behind our fee benchmarks carry no name, address or loan number, and are never used as leads.
